Heerlijk 12-uurtje (tomatensoep, broodje kroket, broodje gezond en kleine salade) met cappuccino en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Leuk plekje, met lekker eten voor een prima prijs, flinke porties ook. Ook de cappuccino een goed formaat, ipv tegenwoordig soms van die lullig kopjes. Heel vriendelijke bediening en verder alles netjes.

Vanavond heb ik genoten van een fantastische avond bij Brasserie Dirk in Asperen, en wat was het een ervaring! Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, voelde ik me welkom door het buitengewoon vriendelijke en gastvrije personeel. De sfeer is warm en gezellig, precies zoals je het hoopt bij een brasserie van dit niveau. En dan het eten… simpelweg voortreffelijk! De carpaccio was van topkwaliteit: perfect dun gesneden, heerlijk op smaak gebracht en met precies de juiste balans van ingrediënten. Vervolgens kwam de steak, en die was méér dan perfect – boterzacht, vol van smaak en perfect gegaard. Als afsluiter koos ik voor de ijsproeverij, en ook die stelde absoluut niet teleur. Een heerlijke variatie van smaken, prachtig gepresenteerd en de perfecte afsluiting van de avond. Kortom, Brasserie Dirk is een absolute aanrader. Fantastisch eten, topservice en een fijne sfeer – hier kom ik zeker terug!

Eerst wezen bowlen en daarna lekker gegeten in de brasserie! Iberico rib fingers en de dirk kipburger. Goede bediening en gewoon goed eten!

Wij hebben hier gegeten met een combi met de escaperoom (ook aanrader!) Het was goed geregeld voor een groepje (voor de escaperoom al aangeven wat je wilt eten), de gerechten volgden elkaar goed op. De keuzes waren uiteenlopend en allemaal net een tikkie anders als de meeste restaurants: ofwel origineel! Alles wat we kregen was kwalitatief goed, werd mooi opgediend (aandacht aan besteed) en hebben we niks negatiefs over! Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid ook, vriendelijke en alerte bediening..
